DA’s ‘exclusive’ and ‘limited’ licensing opportunities are designed to minimise the possibility of licensee builders finding themselves in competition with other DA licensees for the same project.
Real Estate Agents and Developers
Estate Agents and Developers are also welcome to enquire about limited licensing opportunities. DA products and services, particularly DA house and land packages allow Agents and Developers to showcase and market both single residential lots as well as entire estates with exceptional homes, increasing the value and marketability of vacant land. Only DA licensee builders can build DA projects providing potential additional streams of projects to approved licensee builders.
