Tell us about your project
A few details about the site and the brief help us come back to you with something useful.
We read your brief
The studio reviews your site and brief, then comes back to you to arrange a time.
A first conversation
On site, at the studio or by video. We talk through the land, the brief, the budget and the timing.
A tailored proposal
If we're the right fit, we send a proposal outlining the scope and fees.
We only use your details to reply to your enquiry. We never share them.
Before you get in touch
What should I have ready?
Whatever you have. A site address or lot details, a rough budget, your timing and a few images of places you love are all useful. If you are still choosing land, tell us about the sites you're considering.
Do you work outside Queensland?
Yes. We design projects across Queensland, New South Wales and further afield, meeting clients on site or by video. Nero, our 2026 award-winning home, is in Estella in the NSW Riverina.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes, by appointment. Our studio is on Tamborine Mountain in the Scenic Rim, about an hour from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Do you build?
No. We design and document. You choose your builder, or we can introduce builders who already know our drawings. If you already have a builder, bring them in early.
What does design cost?
Every project is different, so fees depend on its scale and complexity. After a first conversation about your site and brief, we send a tailored proposal outlining the scope and fees.
