DA’s Our Choice range of home designs are beautifully designed budget friendly homes with a range of options. Our Choice homes cater largely to the first home buyer and investor market.
Designer
DA’s extensive range of Designer homes can be ordered without changes, or can be ordered with extensive requested modifications, with amazing Concept Plans then provided at no cost.
Signature
DA’s Signature service provides amazing design solutions to suit any client and any site. Whether existing designs don’t quite suit, or a client just wants something unique and amazing, a custom (Signature) design will meet the demands of the most discerning buyer.
Our Choice
Our Choice designs are a selected range of standard designs with limited design options and limited facade choices. These homes are purposely budget friendly, so cater perfectly to the first home buyer market, but also target the investor market where well designed construction efficient homes tick all the right boxes.
Designer Range
DA’s extensive data base of designs includes everything from beautifully designed small homes catering to first home buyer and investors right through to award winning executive residences. All Designer homes can be modified to suit the specific requirements of any new home owner. And not only can the floor plans be modified, DA has almost 100 standard facade styles, any of which can be applied to any floor plan …just another of DA’s unique capabilities and services.
Signature Homes
DA’s Signature Homes are custom designed to suit any specific design requirements. Concept Plans for DA Signature designs can be requested using DA’s unique project brief and ordering system, and are produced FREE OF CHARGE to ensure new home owners have the opportunity to see just what’s possible before committing.
